About Wild Cherry

We are a group of people who have left our careers in corporate America, and are now involved in the Fashion industry. We sell our fashion on line and at music and arts festivals around the Western states. Wild Cherry is the part of our company that gets excited about glowing things. These are the products that come out at night when we are selling at a music festival. We have a blast with this stuff. Stop by our booth and let us illuminate your outfit, or create a wild glowing hairstyle for you.

We started this project in 2004. Our site name, PlayaCracks is named after the location of the Burning Man festival, which we LOVE! We test all of our Glow products at the event before we sell them, so you know that they can withstand the rigors of Playa use.

We are usually on the road, at an event, or looking for new fashions and accessories. We are always available by phone, or Email.

Shipping Charges You can select the type of service that you want. Shipping charges will be shown on your order checkout before you pay.
US Shipping
USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post		Free on orders over $50 in the US Items under $50 cost $3 for packaging, plus actual postage based on weight. Most small items ship for $5.
USPS Priority Mail in the US		$3 for packaging, plus actual postage based on weight. Most small items ship for about $8.
USPS Express Mail in the US		$3 for packaging, plus actual postage based on weight. Typically $27.00
FedEx, Home, Ground, Express, 2 Day		$3 for packaging plus actual cost of shipping
UPS Ground, 3 day, 2 day, 1 day		$3 for packaging plus actual cost of shipping. Minimum is about $13.


International Shipping
Standard international		$10 USPS First Class Mail Least expensive, but no tracking, and no insurance. Usually takes 10 to 14 days to Europe, Australia, Canada, and Japan, but can take up to 8 weeks to Brazil and some other countries.
USPS Priority Mail		Email or phone us for this service. 6 to 10 days to most countries.
USPS Express Mail		Email us or phone us for this service. 3 to 5 days to most countries.
USPS Global Express Guaranteed		Email us or phone us for this service. 1 to 3 days to most countries.
FedEx		Email or phone us for this service. Costs about $75
UPS		Email or phone us for this service. Cost is aproximately $90

Returns:

	You must contact us before you return an item.
	You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
	You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Some items are returnable. Non returnable items include sale items, lingerie, underwear, hosiery, costumes, and jewelry.

Exchanges:

We can usually exchange an item for a different size or color.

You will have to pay for the shipping when we ship your replacement item.

Refunds:

Your refund amount will be reduced by the amount of original shipping. This shipping fee will be deducted even if the item was purchased with free shipping.

To return your item, contact us via email at returns@playacracks.com. We will give you a return address, an RA number, and shipping instructions. You will have to pay for the postage to return the item to us, and we recommend that you insure the item. We are not responsible for return items lost in the mail.
